I tried to replicate a Julius Shulman photo

I've always like this Julius Shulman photo. I've started this several times but never gotten too far.

I researched photos taken at this same time and found some color photos that let me work through the color conversion. I will still adjust, every time I look at it I see more things that I can fix.
